A Quiet, Comfortable Shared Home

Cedarbrook is designed for residents who value a clean, quiet, and predictable living environment. The following house standards apply equally to every resident:

• Move-in-ready convenience: Furniture, linens, utilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi are included, so there is no furniture move, utility setup, or household bill splitting.

• Screened housemates: Every renter completes criminal, credit and eviction screening before moving in.

• Limited occupancy: Each bedroom is limited to one resident, and each bathroom is shared by only two tenants.

• Resident-only home: Only approved, screened residents may enter the home. Guests are not permitted, helping protect residents’ privacy and the quiet shared environment.

• Protected sleeping hours: Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., making the home suitable for residents with demanding work, school, and clinical schedules.

• Smoke-free property: Smoking is not permitted, helping maintain clean indoor air and prevent lingering odors.

• Animal-free home: No animals are permitted. This policy helps reduce allergens, noise, odors, and damage in the shared living environment.

• Convenient laundry access: Residents may use the washer and dryer daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

• Convenient parking: Each resident has street-parking access for one vehicle directly in front of the house.
