Hi, I'm Alisa, a practicing RN and former travel nurse in Columbia, South Carolina. I understand how difficult it can be to find safe, clean, quiet, affordable, furnished housing with flexible lease terms. I was plagued by worries like:
"What if my contract gets cancelled after I sign a lease?"
"Is this a safe neighborhood?"
"I can't afford the furnished places, and I can't cart around furnishings every three months."
"How do I make sure it's not another scammer?"
"How do I set up utilities and internet for only three months?"
I created Cedarbrook Rooms to provide convenient, all-inclusive housing for traveling professionals and others needing a flexible place to stay.
The Process:

Apply - Complete the free application for initial screening to see if the property is a good fit.
Tour - Schedule an in-person or virtual tour.
Screening - Complete the $44.99 criminal, credit and eviction check.
Documents - Send picture of your driver’s license, proof of income & employment, references
Lease - Sign the lease through DocuSign.
Move In - Pay the $700 deposit the day you sign the lease and first month's rent prior to moving in.
Cash, Venmo, CashApp, AppleCash, or Zelle are accepted.
Cedarbrook is a quiet shared home with private, single-occupancy bedrooms. Guests, smoking, and animals are not permitted.
In-Person or Virtual Showings available: 8am–8pm, Monday through Thursday
